Apollo Pharmacy

1. This is a Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card and it would be accepted at Apollo 24/7 on Web & listed Apollo Pharmacy Outlets and not on any other products/services.
2. Per Customer can redeem only 2 (Two) e-cards / day at the participating Apollo Pharmacy outlets and on web one card will be accepted in one bill.
3. The person who has the Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
4. Apollo Pharmacy is not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
5. Request the cashier to use Billing Code (6619 E-Healing Card) to redeem these 16-digit Card No and its Pin No. Call Apollo Pharmacy Customer Care 1860 500 0101 for any issues.
6. Only One E-Healing Card can be used in one bill / transaction. Also, this is a One-time use E- Healing Card with an expiration date.
7. E-Healing Card is valid for 06 months from the purchase date.
8. No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the E-Healing Card will be given. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
9. Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations.
10.Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card can be clubbed with on-going monthly FMCG (sponsored by brands) and Private Label offers.).
11. No other discounts (Including but not limited to offers like SSO and PL bill busters) can be availed while redeeming Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card.
12. Any dispute related to the E-Healing Card should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Apollo Pharmacy reserves the right to withdraw E-Healing Card scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
14. This Apollo E-Gift Card can be redeemed only at Apollo Pharmacy Retail stores and on www.apollopharmacy.in for medicines, FMCG, and Apollo Brands.
15. Apollo E-Gift Card is not valid for doctor consultations, lab tests or health checks.
16. Once Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card has been billed, items purchased with it cannot be returned or exchanged.
17. Apollo E gift card is not applicable to all baby food category products, both offline and online.

Odhilife

1.Odhilife Card ("Gift Cards") are issued by Odhilife & Powered by Valuedesign.
2.The Gift Card is valid only for buying Odhilife and wellness products on https://odhilife.com.
3.Once the Card is issued, it will be valid for 12 months.
4.Users are required to save the gift card number and PIN to utilize this refunded amount as we will not be able to reset the PIN or reissue a new gift card number.
5.Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be cancelled, unless expressly allowed to do so by Odhilife.
6.This Gift Card cannot be clubbed with any other offer currently live on https://odhilife.com including cashbacks, discounts, etc. on a particular credit/debit card.

8.Odhilife is not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission. A Gift Card once issued cannot be re-issued nor can the PIN be reset. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safety of the Gift Card after purchase.

11.Odhilife reserves the right to deny accepting any Gift Card if it suspects that there is the duplicity of the Gift Card.
12.Products and services offered by Odhilife are subject to availability and terms of use of the Odhilife platform.
13.In no event, the liability of Odhilife for any claims arising by the purchase or usage of Gift Cards shall exceed the value of the respective Gift Card.
14.You shall be responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality of the Gift Card PIN/ Gift Card unique 16-digit number issued to you. Odhilife shall not be responsible to provide you with new Gift Cards in the event this confidentiality obligation is breached by you. Any misuse/unauthorized disclosure of Gift Cards shall result in cancellation of the order, as applicable, without any liability of Odhilife.
15.You agree to indemnify Odhilife/its affiliates, officers, and directors, from all claims brought by any third party against Odhilife/ its affiliates, officers, and directors, arising out of or in connection with any breach of these gift card terms and conditions.
16.In addition to the terms of use available on the Odhilife platform, you shall also abide by these terms and conditions specifically to be able to use the Gift Cards. In the event of any dispute in the interpretation of these terms, Odhilife shall be the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
17.This is for individual use only. Distributor found using Gift Cards would lead to cancellation of the booking and no refund would be made.
18.Disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
19.Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Odhilife Card.
20.Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Odhilife Gift Cards.
21.Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
22.In the event that the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details are found to be incorrect or insufficient as per RBI Guidelines, Odhilife / Valuedesign retains the right to cancel the Gift Card issued.
23.You agree and understand that Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment instrument subjected to regulations issued by the RBI under the RBI guidelines. Odhilife / Valuedesign may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information in relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Odhilife / Valuedesign may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the Gift Card for any such information.
24.Gift Cards cannot be resold.
25.Gift card validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.

27.In case of any cancellation of orders purchased using Gift Cards within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the Gift Card used at the time of shopping.
28.In case the Gift Card validity has expired, then there will be no refund processed for the amount paid by the Gift Card.
